In collaboration with chef Vassilis Sporos, we made a special presentation based on the theme: All About Meat! The attendees were meat producers and shop owners. And the result; A series of suggestions based on classic Asian ingredients such as panko, oyster sauce, coconut milk, mirin, and sake but also less common such as soy powder and miso powder, that with the chef's suggestions make the meat taste divine.
