Cardinal participated in  Food Expo 2016 - the Regional Food & Beverage Exhibition - and welcomed professional visitors from the field of Retail, Wholesale, Food & Beverage Industry, Hotels and Catering.

In the American style canteen "Street Food" we presented a large variety of sauces for Fisheries, Cooking & side dishes, ingredients for breadcrumbs & spices but also many new suggestions for any menu! Chef Vassilis Sporos made original recipes and guests did not miss the opportunity to enjoy alternative dishes with asian twist!

At the "Japanese" stand we presented a wide variety of dry and frozen products that cover every need of Japanese cuisine. Visitors had the opportunity to try sushi and maki rolls by Chef Katerina Hanioti, and get to know a wide range of products from the most classic to the most specialized as well as the latest trending products in the global market.
